Qualifikationen

• Business degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to background check.

Aufgaben

• Lead store operations and manage sales, expenses, payroll, and shrinkage.
• Schedule staff using Monthly Staffing Guide and three-week ahead planning.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff; conduct evaluations.
• Implement programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee ordering, P/L, and Omni orders.
• Ensure timely communications and uphold policies.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and coach on product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle duties as assigned.
