Sun Auto Tire & Service in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy automotive service and tire location. You will own the customer experience, drive sales, manage day-to-day operations, and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Motivate, coach, and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing store performance, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L-related results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with attention to detail, accountability, and sound judgment.
• Comfortable using POS systems and store performance data to guide decisions and coach performance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, opening/closing shifts, and occasional holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience that builds trust and repeat business.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance and retention.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safe work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and execute action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue growth, labor efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including invoicing, returns, core returns, and warranty tracking.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism, partnering with District leadership.
• Serve as the primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
• Keep the store clean, safe, organized, and compliant with company standards and regulations.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs; include openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.
