Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Store Manager Automotive Service and Tire to lead on-site operations, drive customer experience, and develop a high‑performing team.

This full‑time role offers a salary range of $65,000–$85,000 plus bonus, with total compensation up to $120,000. You’ll manage P&L, inventory, schedules, and safety, while partnering with district leadership to grow revenue and store performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing store performance, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of leveraging store data to coach performance.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and MVR check.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safe, accountable environment.
• Analyze store metrics and execute plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue, labor efficiency, and cost control.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS system and related processes.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
