Big Brand Tire & Service in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Automotive Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while ensuring smooth shop operations and accurate service estimates.

You'll drive store performance, manage the P&L, and uphold safety and quality standards. A strong leader with automotive or high-volume retail experience, focused on growth and guest satisfaction, is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store or service management in automotive or high-volume retail.
• Proven sales leadership with targets, pipeline, and close rates.
• Experience as a people leader with hiring and coaching.
• Operational excellence with KPIs, scheduling, inventory, and cash controls.
• Customer-focused communicator with clear explanations and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a winning team through recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Own the guest experience by modeling five-star service and handling estimates and approvals.
• Drive sales by executing playbooks, pricing with confidence, and clear recommendations.
• Run the P&L with payroll discipline, inventory control, and budget adherence.
• Ensure OSHA/EHS compliance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
• Operate with excellence in cash handling, POS controls, reporting, and audits.
