You will own the store's P&L, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure safety and quality standards while partnering with district leadership to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive service or retail leadership experience
• Strong customer-service, sales, and communication skills
• Experience managing store performance, budgets, labor, inventory or P&L
• Ability to motivate and coach high-performing teams
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates
• Set clear expectations and maintain a safe, inclusive work environment
• Analyze store metrics and implement plans to meet targets
• Own store-level P&L and drive revenue growth and cost control
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS and warranty tracking
