Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager to lead a location in Phoenix or Tucson, AZ. You will own the customer experience, team development, and day-to-day operations while driving sales, profitability, and safety.

You’ll recruit and coach staff, manage performance, and partner with district leadership to achieve KPIs. A strong leadership background in automotive service or retail is required, with flexible scheduling including weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management with proven sales/ops leadership.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory or P&L results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with attention to detail and accountability.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass MVR check.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience and drive repeat business.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to improve performance and retention.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safety-focused work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and implement action plans to meet/exceed targets (sales, labor, gross profit).
• Own store-level P&L and drive revenue growth, cost control and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in POS, including invoicing, returns, and warranty tracking.
