Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high performing team in Phoenix or Tucson. You’ll own the customer experience, daily operations, and store financial results while building a safety-first culture.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive service or store leadership, strong coaching ability, and a track record of achieving sales and operational KPIs. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing store performance, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set expectations and maintain a positive, safety-focused environment.
• Analyze store metrics and drive revenue, labor efficiency, and controllable costs.
• Own store-level P&L, drive revenue and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including returns and warranties.
