Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead an automotive service and tire location, owning customer experience, team development, and day-to-day operations.

You will drive sales, manage store performance, oversee inventory and P&L, and partner with district leadership to ensure safety and operational excellence. This is a full-time role with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Strong track record in sales, operations, and team leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing store performance, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L-related results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, opening/closing shifts, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safe work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and implement plans to meet targets (sales, car count, OTD, gross profit).
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue, labor efficiency, and cost control.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, incl. invoicing and returns.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with District leadership as needed.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and compliant with standards and regs.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
