Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer-service capabilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory or P&L results.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance, engagement, and retention.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a positive, safe work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and implement action plans to meet targets (sales, car count, ORO, gross profit).
• Own store P&L and drive revenue, labor efficiency, cost control, and inventory discipline.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS system and handle invoicing/returns.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as primary store contact for vendors, facilities, and equipment needs.
• Keep the store clean, safe, compliant with standards and regulations.
• Work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
