This role requires leadership, retail or automotive service management experience, and a track record of meeting sales and profit goals. Willingness to relocate to an open store after program completion is expected.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading a team in a similar role.
• Proven experience in retail or automotive service management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with defined goals.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and communicate with employees on responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees in partnership with HR.
• Control expenses, monitor performance, and drive store profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising standards, and safety in the store.
• Analyze business trends and implement plans to maximize sales and profit.
