Job summary

You will work with the store and district management to recruit, train, and evaluate team members, manage compliance and safety, and drive sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Coordinate recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining team members.
• Ensure safety compliance and training across the team.
• Make sales calls and participate in weekly customer outreach.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping systems.
• Review monthly P&L and identify opportunities for improvement.
