Buckle is opening a brand new store at the Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center in Edwardsville, Illinois. We will hire many new positions for this team with interviews in September and a mid-October opening.

The Management Trainee role focuses on achieving our mission to create the best guest experience, while performing sales, merchandising and operations tasks. You will work with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills and may lead in the manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and guest service.
• Ability to lead and motivate teammates.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle's mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.
• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks (cashier, display, register).
• Develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills with Store Manager to potentially become Store Manager.
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
