The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand new store at Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center in Edwardsville, Illinois, mid-October, and interviews begin in September as we hire many new team members.

The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader roles focus on delivering the ultimate shopping experience, performing sales, merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering, displays, register procedures and facility upkeep, while working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales
