The Buckle, Inc. is opening a new Edwardsville, IL store and seeks talent for Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager roles. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership. The role includes training Teammates and stepping in as Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales targets and guest service in a retail setting.
• Ability to train teammates and lead in the Store Manager's absence.
• Knowledge of store merchandising, display, and POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with onboarding and training of Teammates; support leadership development.
• Support store operations including merchandising, displays, and checkout processes.
• Lead by example in sales performance and team leadership when Manager is not present.
