Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

The program develops sales, merchandising and operational skills while working with the Store Manager to build leadership capabilities and a path to Store Manager roles. The role includes recruiting and training Teammates, executing Buckle standards, and maintaining outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest
• Act as the Store Manager in their absence
• Assist Store Manager with coaching and counseling Teammates in accordance with Buckle policies
• Develop skills and assist in leading, directing, motivating and educating new Teammates to meet and achieve Buckle’s accountability, shift orientation, loss prevention and sales presentation standards on a daily basis
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
• Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs

Education

Bachelor's degree or related retail experience
