The Buckle, Inc. in Elizabethtown, KY is opening a brand-new store and hiring a Management Trainee to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You’ll work with the Store Manager to develop leadership, sales and operational skills through the trainee program.

Responsibilities span guest service, recruiting, training, merchandising and store operations, with opportunities to progress toward Store Manager based on performance and leadership ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
• Experience in retail or training programs is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in a structured trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Sales generation and guest service: greet guests, answer questions, and recommend merchandise.
• Recruiting, training and development: assist Store Manager with coaching Teammates and interviews.
• Visual merchandise management: create and maintain Buckle displays and product presentation.
• Operations: support opening/closing procedures and store communications with leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience
