Job summary

Buckle is opening a new store in Smithfield, NC, offering a Management Trainee role focused on developing leadership and sales skills. The position involves sales, merchandising, and store operations under supervision with opportunities to assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards and performance.
• Assist Store Manager in coaching Teammates and leading the team.
• Manage product categories, merchandising, and store displays per Buckle guidelines.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and coordinate with leadership teams.
