Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop a diverse team of associates.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team of 10–20 associates.
• Drive sales by managing daily store operations and talent development.
• Lead merchandising and store readiness from receiving to floor set.
• Analyze business trends and partner with the team to drive growth.
