Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The program runs for 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by district leaders, HR business partners and coaching from store managers.

You will learn through structured Key Learning Experiences, support the store as part of the management team, and participate in promotions within the market while meeting CVS values and policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead store team through training program.
• Assist in merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
• Engage with leadership to support promotion path within CVS.
