CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role through a structured 16‑week, self‑paced, collaborative training plan. You will work with a District Leader, HR partner, Store Manager coach and a Training Store Manager to build leadership capabilities.

The program blends virtual and hands-on experiences to develop you as a store leader, with clear milestones toward promotion in the designated market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor background helpful.

Responsibilities
