CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training includes both virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Develop your leadership skills through structured experiences, with a path to promotion in the designated market.

• Strong verbal and written communication to lead a team.
• Customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Inventory and assets management to maintain profitability.
