Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in a full-time, on-site role at Battlefield Mall in Springfield, MO. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, lead and train Teammates, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

The position progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with duties across sales, merchandising, and operations, including leadership and performance responsibilities. Buckle provides benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering legendary guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and guest experience goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching and delegating skills to motivate Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, answer questions, and help locate merchandise.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales using SPG guidance.
• Lead by example in sales, coaching, and handling daily operations.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; support Store Manager in leadership roles.
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation and customer service.
