Job summary

Buckle is hiring for an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in-store leadership. The role involves executing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, partnering with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and train Teammates, and step in as Store Manager when needed.

The progression from AIT to Assistant Manager includes higher level duties while sharing core responsibilities. This is a full-time, on-site position at Buckle stores in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and leadership of Teammates.
• Maintain and demonstrate Buckle's sales standards and product knowledge.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer focus during all shifts.
