Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering the best shopping experience. This role combines sales, merchandising and operational tasks while developing Teammates and leading the team in the Store Manager’s absence.

The position emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, coaching, and daily supervision to maintain store standards and achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent guest service and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate team members on shift.

• Flexibility to supervise daily store operations and training.

Responsibilities
