Buckle stores in Saint Peters, MO are hiring an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager. The role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales, merchandising, and operations to create an exceptional shopping experience for guests.

As an AIT and Assistant Manager, you will train teammates, recruit staff, manage daily duties, lead by example, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth within Buckle's leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months retail experience or training preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate teammates.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales and guest service to achieve targets.
• Recruit and train Teammates; develop leadership.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store operations.
• Support Store Manager in scheduling, performance tracking.
• Ensure loss prevention adherence and store policies.
