Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates, while sharing leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.

The role includes sales generation, merchandising, and operations duties, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager and opportunities to develop leadership and product presentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service; answer questions and assist with merchandise.
• Recruiting, training and developing Teammates; lead in manager's absence.
• Manage store operations, the sales floor, fitting rooms and checkout areas.
