Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Part-Time Leader in Training and Floor Leader at Battlefield Mall in Springfield, MO. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, and contribute to recruiting and coaching Teammates.

A positive, guest-focused attitude is essential. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and supporting daily operations, including opening/closing and guest relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and assist guests with product selection and fitting rooms.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and maintain high store standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop teammates to meet Buckle's performance expectations.
• Support store operations, security, and loss prevention while ensuring a positive shopping environment.
