CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from your District Leader and Store Manager coach.

As part of the program, you’ll develop leadership skills and be expected to promote within the designated market. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

• Lead and engage with the store team and management to drive results.
• Provide high levels of customer care and service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
