Job summary

CVS Health in the United States offers a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role through 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training with both virtual and hands‑on learning. You will be guided by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and a Store Manager coach to develop leadership, customer care, merchandising and inventory management.

Anticipated weekly hours are 40; pay range is $18.50–$30.64 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leadership to support your path to promotion.
• Support store as management team member and lead in line with CVS values.
• Engage colleagues to enhance customer service and store performance.
• Assist merchandising, inventory control and asset protection.
