Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16‑week, self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on learning with support from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Anticipated weekly hours are 40 and the position is full-time. Pay range is $18.50–$28.67 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is valued.
