CVS Health Corporation is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The program spans 16 weeks with self-paced, collaborative training conducted both virtually and on site to build leadership skills.

You will be supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you develop through hands-on experiences and guided learning toward promotion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsabilités

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
