Job summary

CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in California to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on experiences with supporting leaders.

Participants gain leadership skills, exposure to merchandising, customer care, and inventory management, with promotion potential to store leadership in your market. Eligible candidates hold a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Strong customer service focus and issue resolution.
• Experience executing merchandising strategies.
• Ability to manage store inventory and assets.
