Job summary

CVS Health in Bell Gardens, CA is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. This 16-week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands-on experiences to develop leadership skills.

You will work with a district leader, HR partner, training store manager, and your store manager coach to grow toward promotion, while meeting the needs of customers and the community. A four-year degree is preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the store team as part of the SMIT program.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Support store operations and inventory management to maintain profitability.
