Job summary

CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It combines virtual and hands-on training to build leadership skills over 16 weeks.

You'll be supported by a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you develop toward promotion, with weekly hours around 40.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support you on the path to promotion within the program.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles in the market where you work.
