CVS Health Corporation is seeking energetic individuals for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the New York area. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced training with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

As a SMIT, you will work with district leaders and store leadership to gain hands-on experience in store operations, merchandising, customer care, and inventory management, with a clear path toward promotion

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervision experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to relocate within market and schedule flexibility.
