CVS Health in New York is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position.

The SMIT program runs for 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on learning experiences. You will be supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you grow toward store leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to support and lead a team.
• Customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets for profitability.

Responsabilités

• Actively engage with leader in learning experiences to support promotion.
• Support store as part of the management team and lead in line with CVS policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people toward better health.
