CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences with a dedicated team and coach.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory management. A four-year degree or relevant experience may be considered. The program requires a full-time schedule.
