CVS Health Corporation in Morrisville, PA is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT). This on-site development program lasts 16 weeks and prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a mix of virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

You will gain experience in customer care, merchandising, inventory control, and team leadership while supporting your store's profitability and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or experience as CVS Supervisor.
• Ability to transfer to other CVS stores in the designated market.
