7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. You will oversee store employees, coach and train staff, and help drive merchandising and marketing programs while maintaining strong cash handling practices.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to promote our loyalty program. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is beneficial.
