Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to lead store teams, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will assist in merchandising, manage cash handling and loyalty programs, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside Store Leader.
• Develop leaders, retain talent, empower employees, and drive productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment per health and sanitation guidelines.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• HS diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year retail management experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain auto liability insurance.
• Able to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
