Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. The role focuses on customer service leadership, staff training, and execution of merchandising and marketing programs.

You will work with the Store Leader to mentor team members and drive store performance. This position emphasizes development of leaders, high staff retention, and maintaining a clean, safe store while promoting loyalty programs and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside Store Leader.
• Develop leaders, recruit, and retain qualified staff.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train store employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support store operations, including cash handling and fuel transactions.
• Promote loyalty programs and maintain store cleanliness and stock.
