Job summary

7-Eleven in the United States is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. You will assist in leading store staff, coaching and training while driving merchandising, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and daily operational excellence, with competitive pay and full-time hours. A background in retail leadership and a high school diploma or GED is valued.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with 1+ year of retail management experience.
Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities.
Experience in merchandising and loyalty programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coach store employees alongside the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer service.
Identify qualified applicants and develop future leaders to reduce turnover.
Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
Maintain a clean, safe store environment and comply with health and sanitation procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers and team, utilizing basic office tools.
