Job summary

7-Eleven in the United States is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise and mentor staff, oversee customer service, merchandising execution, and daily operations with a focus on driving sales and service excellence.

This role emphasizes people development, loyalty program promotion, cash handling, and compliance. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with at least one year of retail management experience; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and ability to lead store team.
• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for all store employees.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year Retail Management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Demonstrate strength in retaining staff by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Promote loyalty program and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
