Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. This role focuses on supervising staff, delivering excellent customer service, and helping run daily operations with a focus on safety, merchandising, and sales growth.

You will train teammates, coach for results, handle cash and fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs. A high school diploma or GED is preferred with retail management experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; not required with 1 year retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence.
• Ability to multi-task and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership for all store employees.
• Train and coach staff to improve retention and performance.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain cash handling and promote loyalty program.
• Keep the store clean, safe and in-stock.
