7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Leader with staff development, training, and ensuring excellent customer service while managing daily operations.

The role emphasizes promoting loyalty programs, overseeing cash handling and fuel transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. A HS diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a strong path for internal advancement.

• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience in merchandising and marketing program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership with the Store Leader for all staff.
• Help maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs across store.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in stock.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team and customers.
• Proficiency with computer tasks using Microsoft Word/Excel.
