Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our in-store leadership team. You will oversee customer service, coach staff, and implement merchandising and marketing programs with a focus on retention and development.

The role includes cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our loyalty program. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED (preferred), a valid driver's license, and the ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Retail Management or supervisory experience.
• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with store team.
• Develop leaders, retain qualified applicants, empower staff.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program execution.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, promote loyalty program.
• Maintain health and sanitation procedures in-store.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• HSD or GED preferred; valid state driver's license and insurance required.
• Able to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
