Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support store leadership, supervise the team, and drive excellent customer service. This role emphasizes training, coaching, and hands-on operations under the Store Leader.

You will oversee merchandising, cash handling, loyalty programs, and health/safety compliance while promoting promotions and managing daily store performance. A valid driver’s license and prior retail management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of Retail Management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach store staff alongside the Store Leader.
• Maintain high customer service standards.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and product availability.
