Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Fort Worth is launching the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development path designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role over 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on learning.

You’ll work with a district leader, HRBP, training store manager, and a store manager coach while gaining merchandising, customer care, and inventory management skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer care.
• Ability to execute merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
• Experience managing store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team in alignment with CVS values.
• Support promotion pathways by working with leadership during SMIT.
• Engage colleagues to support CVS mission of helping people toward better health.
• Collaborate with district leaders and store managers to execute store goals.
