Job summary

CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Massachusetts. This development-focused role is crafted to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach as you grow toward store leadership, with a pathway to promotion based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree preferred or relevant experience considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervision helpful.
• Promotes CVS values and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Support promotion path and participate in leadership experiences.
• Lead in a manner aligned with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues to support CVS's purpose of helping people toward better health.
• Be willing to promote to Store Manager roles in the designated market.
