CVS Health is building a development-focused Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Griffin, GA. This 16-week, self-paced training is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through virtual and hands-on learning with your District Leader, HRBP, training store manager, and store manager coach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; four-year degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor background.
